Linda
Guenette received her B.A. from the
University of Vermont and her M.A. in audiology from the University of
Connecticut. Prior to coming to UConn, she had experience as an
educational
audiologist, worked in a small community hospital, and also worked in
the
Audiology Clinic at UMass Medical Center. She joined the faculty at
UConn in
1995 as a clinical supervisor in audiology. Areas of professional
interest
include central auditory processing evaluations and rehabilitation, and
pediatric evaluations. Linda has served on the Executive Board of the
Connecticut Speech and Hearing Association since 1998. She has
presented
workshops, lectures, and posters at the local, state, and national
levels on
the topics of auditory processing and central deafness. She has also
been an
active member on convention committees for the American Academy of
Audiology.
