Susan B.
Munroe received her Master’s degree at
the University of Connecticut in 1979 and joined the clinical faculty
in 1982.
Since joining the faculty, she has provided speech and language
services and
clinical supervision at the University of Connecticut Speech and
Hearing
Clinic, University of Connecticut Health Center, and Hartford Hospital,
as well
as at the Clinic’s affiliated sites - Mansfield Center for Nursing and
Rehabilitation and VNA East. Her areas of expertise include adult
neurogenic,
voice and fluency disorders across the age spectrum. She is a frequent
recipient of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Award for
Continuing Education and is currently on the executive board for the
Connecticut Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
