The Communication Sciences building
consists of approximately 30,000 square feet teaching, research,
clinical, and meeting space. The ground floor is divided into two
wings, one of which contains research facilities consisting of
laboratories and various support space including a student computer
room. The other wing contains additional laboratories, clinical
facilities, and meeting rooms. All clinical rooms are equipped for
observation and audio monitoring as well as for clinical research and
instruction. Audiological test suites are equipped with up-to-date test
and research instrumentation for diagnostic and hearing aid
applications. The second floor consists primarily of office space,
study carrels for graduate students, and a conference room.
